Legislature approves permanent rules OAC 252:631-1-3, 252:631-3-3, and 252:631-3-21 adopted by the Environmental Quality Board on February 22, 2013.

Rules establishing or increasing fees require legislative approval by joint resolution per Section 308 of Title 75 Oklahoma Statutes, and are deemed disapproved if not approved by last day of legislative session.

Secretary of State directed to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor, Department of Environmental Quality, and editor of The Oklahoma Register.

Emergency clause declared to make resolution effective immediately upon passage and approval.
