Commends the 2012-2013 Perry High School Maroons wrestling team for winning their 39th State Championship on February 23, 2013, at the State Fair Arena with 104 team points.

Notes the Maroons maintained a #1 Class 3A ranking throughout the season and achieved a 15-1 dual record, the third-best in school history.

Recognizes that six Maroon wrestlers placed in the state tournament, with David Thomas winning the state title at 160 pounds.

Names Head Wrestling Coach Ronnie Delk as the 2012-2013 3A Wrestling Coach of the Year and acknowledges the 39th championship extends Perry's national record for all-time state titles.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be distributed to the Perry High School Maroons wrestling team and Head Coach Ronnie Delk.
