Amends 22 O.S. 2011, Section 60.4 (Protection from Domestic Abuse Act) regarding protective orders in domestic abuse cases

Changes the renewal period for protective orders from 20 days to 60 days when defendant has not yet been served, allowing petitions to remain active longer before expiring

Requires courts to schedule full hearings within 20 days of petition filing (or 72 hours if defendant is a minor child removed from residence), regardless of whether an emergency ex parte order was previously issued

Maintains existing protections for statewide validity of orders, service procedures, and provisions for victim support persons at court proceedings

Effective date: November 1, 2013
