Prohibits manufactured home manufacturers from selling, exchanging, or lease-purchasing manufactured homes to persons in Oklahoma who are not licensed manufactured home dealers.

Establishes bond requirements ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 depending on license type, with manufacturers required to maintain $30,000 bonds and provide warranty service coverage.

Requires minimum liability insurance for dealers ($25,000-$100,000) and installers ($25,000) to protect consumers.
