• Amends 22 O.S. 2011, Section 1105.3 (Pretrial Release Act) to expand permissible conditions for pretrial release beyond GPS monitoring.

• Allows judges to require defendants as a condition of pretrial release to participate in monitoring and testing methods including GPS monitoring and urinalysis testing.

• Permits courts to order defendants to pay costs and expenses related to any supervision, monitoring, or testing imposed as a release condition.

• Maintains existing ineligibility categories for pretrial release (40 specified offenses and conditions including violent felonies, drug trafficking, sexual offenses, and murder).

• Becomes effective November 1, 2013.
