HB 1477 Summary

• Authorizes the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to adopt rules and regulations concerning the exercise of powers and duties in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act.

• Requires the Director to provide the Legislature with a proposal by December 31, 2013, to consolidate, streamline, and reduce the administrative code of agencies consolidated under House Bill 2140 of the 53rd Oklahoma Legislature.

• Increases the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System Board of Trustees from 12 to 13 members by adding the Director of Human Capital Management of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services as a required member.

• Effective November 1, 2013.
