Amends 63 O.S. 2011, Section 2-103.1 to expand the subpoena powers of the Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.

Extends Director's investigative authority to include crimes of money laundering and human trafficking, in addition to controlled substance violations.

Director may subpoena witnesses, compel testimony, and require production of records relevant to investigations with approval from a chief agent and legal counsel of the Bureau.

Witnesses may comply by appearing and producing documents or by submitting written notice of refusal within 10 days of service; subpoena form must clearly state these options.

Effective date: November 1, 2013.
