ENGR. H.B. NO. 1707 Summary

• Amends 69 O.S. 2011, Section 1705 to authorize the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority to construct on- and off-ramps at Fletcher, Oklahoma in the vicinity of the Interstate 44 and State Highway 277 intersection, with provisions to maintain existing ramps.

• Adds authority for on- and off-ramps on the Muskogee Turnpike in Wagoner County at two locations: South 257th East Avenue and South 305th East Avenue.

• Preserves existing on- and off-ramps in the vicinity of Fletcher, Oklahoma and requires their maintenance per Section 1701 et seq. of the Turnpike Authority statutes.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2014.
