Establishes licensing requirements for restricted manufactured home park dealers including $30,000 bond requirement and $100,000 minimum general liability insurance coverage

Sets specific operational guidelines for restricted manufactured home park dealers including maintaining an office with public restroom access, separate business location from other dealers, and only selling ready-for-occupancy homes within the park

Becomes effective November 1, 2013
