• Changes the language from "in accordance with" to "pursuant to" in describing how the Oklahoma Tax Commission distributes vehicle-related revenue to various funds and entities.

• Maintains existing percentage allocations to school districts, counties, cities, state funds, and other designated programs without substantive changes to distribution amounts.

• Becomes effective January 1, 2014.
