Amends 47 O.S. 2011, Section 1167 regarding the Trucking One-Stop Shop Act to modify how fines and penalties revenue is apportioned.

Directs the first $300,000 collected annually (beginning with the effective date of this act) to the Department of Public Safety for staffing port of entry weigh stations to conduct safety inspections.

Allocates the next $550,000 annually to the Oklahoma Tax Commission and apportions it as provided in Section 1104.

Deposits one-half of remaining revenue to the Trucking One-Stop Shop Fund and one-half to the Weigh Station Improvement Revolving Fund for the Department of Transportation.

Both revolving funds are continuing funds not subject to fiscal year limitations, with the Weigh Station Improvement Fund designated for constructing, equipping, and maintaining vehicle weight-checking facilities.
