• Amends 60 O.S. 2011, Section 176 regarding public trust purchasing procedures and state contracts.

• Allows public trusts to purchase construction, labor, equipment, materials, or repairs directly from state contracts or contracts awarded by the beneficiary governmental entity, without requiring competitive bidding.

• Permits these direct purchases even when the amount exceeds $50,000, provided the items are procured through existing state or governmental entity contracts.

• Effective date: November 1, 2014.
