Amends 19 O.S. 2011, Section 165 to increase monthly travel allowances for county officers within their counties.

Increases county commissioners' and sheriffs' travel allowance from $600 to not more than $950 per month.

Increases county assessors' travel allowance from $500 to not more than $791.50 per month.

Increases county clerks, court clerks, and county treasurers' travel allowance from $400 to not more than $633.20 per month.

Allows newly elected county officials to be reimbursed for approved training expenses before taking office, with reimbursement occurring in January when the official takes office.
