Amends 63 O.S. 2011, Sections 2-506 and 2-508 to clarify asset forfeiture procedures for seized property in Oklahoma

Authorizes sale of forfeited property through public auctions and Internet auctions with online bidding in addition to traditional sales methods

Requires property sales to be conducted under court judgment, with proceeds distributed to innocent lien holders, legitimate forfeiture costs, and county revolving funds for drug enforcement and education

Clarifies that property forfeited for non-payment of fines shall be apportioned according to Section 2-416, and allows district attorneys to enter agreements with agencies for sharing proceeds based on relative contribution to enforcement
