Amends Oklahoma Real Estate License Code (59 O.S. Section 858-303) to modify education requirements for real estate broker and broker associate applicants.

Changes the required advanced real estate instruction from "basic" to "advanced" for applicants whose initial 90 clock hours of education expire after the three-year validity period.

Maintains the existing requirement of 90 clock hours of advanced real estate instruction beyond sales associate coursework for initial broker/broker associate applicants.

Education certification remains valid for three (3) years from completion date; after expiration, applicants must complete an additional 90 clock hours of advanced real estate instruction.

Effective date: November 1, 2014.
