• Amends Oklahoma law to require that only physicians licensed to practice medicine in Oklahoma may perform or induce abortions

• Requires physicians performing abortions to have clinical privileges at a hospital offering obstetrical or gynecological care located within 30 miles of where the abortion is performed

• Establishes felony penalties of 1-3 years imprisonment in the Department of Corrections for violations

• Maintains existing requirement that abortions after the first trimester must be performed in a general hospital

• Effective date: November 1, 2014
