• Maintains existing court clerk fees for services such as approving bonds, copying records, certifying instruments, and processing marriage licenses.

• Adds new subsection B clarifying that court clerks cannot charge fees or prevent persons from photographing or digitally imaging publicly available court instruments and records.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2014.
