Amends 43 O.S. 2011, Section 109.4 to modify grandparent visitation rights for unmarried minor children.

Allows courts to order initial mediation upon filing of a verified petition for visitation rights and requires mediation when enforcing previously granted visitation.

Requires grandparents to demonstrate either parental unfitness or that the child would suffer harm without visitation, except when the intact nuclear family has been disrupted by divorce, death, incarceration, or other specified circumstances.

Specifies that courts may award attorney fees and mediation costs to enforce visitation rights against parents who unreasonably deny or interfere with court-ordered visitation.

Expands the definition of "grandparent" to include "great-grandparent" for purposes of the statute.
