• Amends 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-1118 to exempt certain food and drink operations from state licensing requirements.

• Produces stands offering only whole, uncut, and unprocessed fresh fruits, melons, and vegetables are exempt from licensing requirements.

• Produce stands offering only whole, uncracked, and unprocessed nuts and legumes are exempt from licensing requirements.

• Food manufacturers, wholesalers, and brokers already licensed under Section 1-1119 are exempt from food service establishment licensing.

• Effective date: November 1, 2014.
