Amends 29 O.S. 2011, Section 4-112 to add quail to the list of game animals excluded from the five-day nonresident hunting license.

Changes the five-day nonresident hunting license eligibility to exclude hunting of deer, antelope, elk, bear, quail, turkey, or other specified game (previously only excluded deer, antelope, elk, bear, and turkey).

The five-day nonresident hunting license fee remains Seventy-four Dollars ($74.00) but will no longer permit quail hunting.

Declares an emergency to make the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
