• Requires applicants requesting the veteran designation to provide proof of military service by presenting one of five approved documents: valid Uniformed Services Identity Card, DD214/DD215 discharge forms, Oklahoma Army or Air National Guard NGB Form 22, VA photo ID, or DD Form 2 (Retired or Reserve Retired) Identification Card

• Adds the DD Form 2 (Retired or Reserve Retired) Identification Card as a newly accepted form of military service documentation
