Creates the "Medical Treatment Laws Information Act" requiring the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision to prepare and maintain a brochure and online presentation (minimum 1 hour) informing health care providers of their rights and responsibilities under five specified medical treatment laws.

Mandates that inpatient health care services entities provide the brochure to all health care providers and defined officials within 14 days of hire and annually, with signed certification of receipt.

Requires all health care providers and officials at inpatient health care services entities to complete the online presentation at least once every two-calendar-year period, with verification through quiz or similar method and receipt of dated certification.

Directs the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision to prepare a disclosure statement for patients and families regarding their rights under the same five medical treatment laws, to be provided by applicable health care entities under federal Patient Self-Determination Act requirements.

Becomes effective November 1, 2014, with initial brochure, online presentation, and disclosure statement to be prepared within 60 days of the act's effective date.
