• Prohibits persons from trapping, capturing, possessing, transporting, relocating, or euthanizing nuisance wildlife for commercial purposes without a nuisance wildlife control operator permit from the Director of Wildlife Conservation.

• Requires permit applicants to successfully complete a nuisance wildlife control operator certification examination provided by the Department of Wildlife Conservation.

• Exempts employees of federal, state, county, or local governmental entities designated to control nuisance wildlife while on duty from permit and testing requirements.

• Sets the annual permit fee at $75.00 and establishes penalties of $100-$200 for residents and minimum $500 for nonresidents who violate the provisions.

• Allows permit revocation for up to three years or permanent revocation at the Director's discretion for violations; effective November 1, 2014.
