• Provides full waiver of resident tuition and mandatory fees for eligible military veterans at Oklahoma higher education institutions

• Eligibility requires: U.S. citizenship/lawful presence, Oklahoma residency, active military service of 30+ days with Oklahoma as home of record, exhausted VA education benefits, and meeting institution admission requirements

• Waiver covers only associate and baccalaureate degree programs (minimum 6 hours per semester/3 hours summer), excluding certificates, continuing education, and career technology courses

• Maximum benefit of 128 credit hours (18 per semester) over 6 years from date of first application

• Effective July 1, 2014, with emergency clause for immediate implementation
