• Requires teachers in Oklahoma public schools who have taught for 5+ years at schools where 90%+ of students receive free or reduced lunch to receive a 3% salary increase.

• Provides an additional 3% salary increase for teachers who have taught for 10+ years at schools meeting the same free/reduced lunch eligibility threshold (total potential increase: 6%).

• Creates a new section of law to be codified as Section 18-114.14A of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

• Effective date: November 1, 2014.
