Appropriates $164,130.36 from federal Reed Act distribution (October 1, 1998) to the Employment Security Administration Fund for administrative expenses of the Employment Service Program, with funds to be expended by December 31, 2015.

Appropriates $11,236,775.76 from federal Reed Act distribution (March 13, 2002) to the Employment Security Administration Fund, allocated as $6,335,869.64 for Employer Service Program and $4,900,906.12 for Unemployment Insurance Program, with funds to be expended by December 15, 2015.

Appropriates $599,093.88 from federal Unemployment Compensation Modernization Transfer (June 25, 2009) to the Employment Security Administration Fund for administrative expenses of the Unemployment Insurance Program, with funds to be expended by December 15, 2015.

All appropriations must be expended in accordance with standards established by the U.S. Secretary of Labor and must comply with Social Security Act requirements under Title 42 of the United States Code.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2014.
