Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Sections 622, 624, and 626 relating to the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act to modify licensing requirements for osteopathic physicians.

Establishes a temporary resident license for out-of-state residents to perform one or two-month training rotations, issued for no more than 6 months and renewable only once.

Creates a resident training license for medical school graduates during their internship or first postgraduate year (PGY-1), issued for no more than one year and nonrenewable unless specifically approved by the State Board.

Provides per diem and travel expenses for State Board of Osteopathic Examiners members and allows the Board to hire an executive director and investigators, at least one certified as a peace officer.

Becomes effective November 1, 2014.
