Modifies Oklahoma high school graduation requirements for mathematics courses by allowing students who complete required mathematics courses before 9th grade to count additional mathematics courses taken in grades 9-12 toward the three-unit mathematics requirement.

Allows certain contextual mathematics courses offered at technology center schools (taught by certified teachers and approved by the State Board of Education and district boards) to count toward meeting the three mathematics units required for graduation.

Clarifies that contextual mathematics courses enhancing technology preparation can be counted toward graduation requirements whether taught at comprehensive high schools or technology center schools in grades 11-12.

Maintains the requirement that the three units of mathematics be completed in grades 9-12, while providing flexibility for students who have completed prerequisites earlier.

Becomes effective July 1, 2014, with an emergency clause for immediate implementation.
