• Amends 82 O.S. 2011, Section 1452 to designate additional rivers and streams as "scenic river areas" under Oklahoma's Scenic Rivers Act

• Adds four new scenic river designations: Lower Mountain Fork River (from Broken Bow Reservoir spillway to confluence with Little River), Lower Little River (from southwestern LeFlore County to Arkansas border in McCurtain County), Glover Rivers (East and West Forks, from northwest McCurtain County to southeast of Wright City)

• Preserves scenic river areas for conservation of natural beauty, water resources, fish, wildlife, and outdoor recreation benefits

• Effective date is November 1, 2014
