• Allowed euthanasia methods include denatured sodium pentobarbital injection and other American Veterinary Medical Association-approved techniques that meet specified humane standards.

• Repeals 4 O.S. 2011, Sections 503 and 504, which previously authorized carbon monoxide euthanasia practices.

• Effective date: November 1, 2014.
