• Modifies the annual financial statement date requirement for professional and multicounty agent bondsmen from September 30 to June 30

• Mandates law enforcement provide incarcerated individuals with a list of licensed bondsmen upon request and removes surety bondsmen without current appointments from the list

• Requires courts to issue arrest warrants within 10 days of bond forfeiture and file forfeiture orders within 15 days; failure to comply exonerates the bond by operation of law

• Adds provisions for bond exoneration when defendants are arrested in other jurisdictions, National Crime Information Center entries are not made timely, or extradition is declined
