Requires any business enterprise (including sole proprietors, partnerships, corporations, LLCs, trusts, estates, and foreign entities) that knowingly communicates with a terrorist to file a public disclosure with the Oklahoma Secretary of State within 30 days

Defines "terrorist" as any person who commits domestic or international terrorism as defined under Section 2331 of Title 18 of the United States Code

Defines "conduct business" as communicating with a terrorist with knowledge that the communication is being made to or received from a terrorist, covering oral, written, and electronic communications

Secretary of State must maintain separate records for disclosure statements and make them publicly accessible through the Secretary's website or a designated third-party website
