Amends 29 O.S. 2011, Section 4-112 to add quail to the list of game excluded from the five-day nonresident hunting license.

Nonresidents hunting quail must now obtain a longer-term hunting license rather than using the five-day license option at $74.00.

The change affects nonresident hunting privileges by restricting the five-day license to game other than deer, antelope, elk, bear, turkey, and quail.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
