HB 3151 Summary

• Amends 56 O.S. 2011, Section 162 to modify the contents of the annual report required from the Department of Human Services Director

• Requires the Director to include analysis of whether eligibility criteria for means-tested programs create marriage penalties for recipients and propose options for reducing or eliminating such penalties

• Annual reports must continue to cover statistical information, financial data, workforce status, program accountability efforts, demographic trends, and public/private institution-based services

• Takes effect November 1, 2014
