Amends 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-1923 to re-create the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board to continue until July 1, 2020 (extended from July 1, 2014)

Board composition includes 27 members: representatives from State Fire Marshal's office, Oklahoma Health Care Authority, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Department of Human Services, and appointed members including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and facility operators

Board responsibilities include advising the State Commissioner of Health on services and standards for nursing homes, residential care homes, and adult day care facilities; reviewing Department standards and practices; and evaluating financial accountability of facilities

Board members to be appointed by Governor for staggered initial terms ranging from one to six years, with subsequent terms lasting three years; designated state representatives serve at pleasure of their designators

Board shall annually elect officers, meet at least quarterly, and publish annual reports on activities and recommendations to Governor, State Commissioner of Health, State Board of Health, and legislative leadership
