Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 396 to re-create the Oklahoma Funeral Board, extending its sunset date from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2020.

Board consists of seven members appointed by the Governor, with five-year terms and a limit of two consecutive terms per member.

Five board members must be actively licensed funeral directors and embalmers with at least seven consecutive years of practice in Oklahoma.

Two board members must be from the general public, with at least one preferably from the health care field, and neither can have financial interests in funeral businesses.

References to the former "Oklahoma State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors" are updated to refer to the "Oklahoma Funeral Board."
