Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 46.4 to re-create the Board of Governors of the Licensed Architects, Landscape Architects and Registered Interior Designers of Oklahoma under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Extends the Board's termination date from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2020.

Maintains the Board's composition of 11 members: seven licensed architects, two landscape architects, one registered interior designer, and one lay member.

Requires architect and landscape architect members to have five years of experience after initial licensure; registered interior designer members must have five years of experience in the field and meet Section 46.38 requirements.

Preserves existing staggered terms for Board members and allows the lay member to serve at the Governor's pleasure.
