Extends the termination date of the Oklahoma Advisory Council on Indian Education from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2020, in accordance with the Oklahoma Sunset Law

The Council advises the State Board of Education on matters affecting Native American student education, promotes educational opportunities, and monitors how the public education system impacts Native American students

Council membership consists of 18 members including tribal representatives, tribal education department representatives, education organization representatives, and state education officials

Declared an emergency measure, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval

Passed the House of Representatives on March 11, 2014 and the Senate on April 15, 2014
