Amends Oklahoma's discovery procedures (12 O.S. Section 3226) to explicitly state that discovery must be "relevant to any party's claim or defense"

Expands discovery methods to include "authorizations for release of records" and allows additional discovery "by court order upon showing of good cause"

Requires parties claiming physical or mental injury to provide opposing parties with releases/authorizations for relevant medical records and bills, and when relevant, employment and scholastic records

Maintains existing discovery scope allowing parties to obtain non-privileged information relevant to the subject matter, including documents, electronically stored information, and witness identities

Effective date: November 1, 2014
