• Establishes that school employees and students have no reasonable expectation of privacy or protection from interception of oral communications in these designated public areas while educational services are being provided.

• Prohibits recordings from being disclosed in a manner that would violate the private rights of employees or students without their express written consent.

• Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
