Intended expenditures from appropriations total $5,300,000: Expanded Crisis Care Services ($2,500,000), Systems of Care ($2,300,000), and Suicide Prevention Initiatives ($500,000)

Required minimum expenditures of $500,000 for contractual services: Boys and Girls Clubs ($450,000) and Families in Transition ($50,000)

Appropriations may be budgeted for FY-15 or FY-16, with FY-15 funds encumbered through June 30, 2015 and expended by November 15, 2015; remaining unbudgeted funds lapse to the proper fund
