Amends 75 O.S. 2011, Sections 13, 14, and 17 to transfer duties related to purchasing and distributing state statutes and session laws from the Chief Clerk-Administrator of the House of Representatives to the Secretary of State

Secretary of State is authorized to purchase required copies of statutes and session laws for distribution to specified state officers, legislators, judges, and other officials

Secretary of State assumes discretionary authority to distribute statutes and session laws to state officers beyond those specifically listed in the statute

County clerks must submit requisitions to the Secretary of State (instead of the Chief Clerk-Administrator) by the first Monday of February following each regular legislative session for copies to distribute to county and township officers
