Proposes amending Section 2 of Article VII-B of the Oklahoma Constitution to change the voter threshold required to retain Judicial Officers (Justices of the Supreme Court and Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals)

Increases the approval requirement for judicial retention from a simple majority (50%+1) to sixty percent (60%) of voters voting on the question

Judicial Officers seeking retention must file a declaration of candidacy with the Secretary of State at least 60 days before the general election preceding their term expiration

If voters reject retention or no candidacy declaration is filed, the position becomes vacant at term's end and the former Judicial Officer cannot be appointed to succeed themselves

Directs the Secretary of State to refer the proposed constitutional amendment to voters for approval or rejection, with the Chief Clerk required to file copies with both the Secretary of State and Attorney General
