Approves all proposed permanent rules of Oklahoma state agencies filed on or before April 1, 2014, with specific exceptions

Disapproves rules from the Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence (rules 40:10-9-1, 40:20-1-3, 40:10-3-7, 40:1-1-3)

Disapproves Health Care Authority rule 317:30-3-65.8 and multiple State Department of Education rules (210:15-3-5.6 through 210:15-3-83)

Disapproves rules from the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Long-Term Care Administrators (490:1-7-2 and 490:10-8-13) and Oklahoma Abstractors Board (5:11-7-3)

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register"
