Congratulates Eisenhower High School in Lawton, Oklahoma for being named the National Math and Science Initiative "School of the Year" for 2012-2013

Recognizes the school's exceptional achievements, including having the "Teacher of the Year," the highest number of students achieving AP exam qualifying scores in Oklahoma, and the highest number of minority students achieving AP qualifying scores nationally

Notes the National Math and Science Initiative launched in Oklahoma in 2011 with Northrop Grumman funding at Eisenhower High School and Carl Albert High School, later expanding to nine schools with additional support from the Oklahoma State Department of Education, Department of Defense Education Activity Fund, and Boeing Company

Acknowledges the program's focus on increasing college readiness, decreasing remediation costs, and preparing STEM workforce, particularly for students from military families
