Abolishes the House Calendar Committee and the Consent Calendar, removing all related rules and references from the 54th Oklahoma Legislature's rules.

Transfers scheduling and floor management duties from the Calendar Committee to the Speaker of the House or the Speaker's designee.

Strikes Rules 1.10, 7.21-7.29, and 8.19 which governed the Calendar Committee and Consent Calendar operations.

Transfers certain duties to the House Rules Committee and amends Rules 2.1, 2.2, 7.1, 7.12, 7.19, 8.4, and 10.1 to remove Calendar Committee references and reassign responsibilities.

Removes from Rule 10.1 the incidental motion for adoption of order of business proposed by the House Calendar Committee.
