Sends heartfelt remembrances from the Oklahoma House of Representatives to families, friends, and neighbors of the 168 people killed in the April 19, 1995 terrorist bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.

Encourages all Oklahoma citizens to pause for 168 seconds on April 19, 2014 to remember the 168 people who died in the attack.

Expresses gratitude to first responders, rescue workers, medical personnel, and volunteers from the community and nation who assisted in the rescue and recovery efforts following the bombing.

Recognizes the establishment of the Oklahoma City National Memorial, the National Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism, and the replacement federal building as symbols of resilience and commitment to preventing terrorism.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be sent to Kari Watkins, Executive Director of the Oklahoma City Memorial and Museum.
