SB 1297 Summary

• Directs the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) to submit an annual report and audit to the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and Speaker of the House by October 1 each year, beginning October 1, 2014.

• Creates a new section of law to be codified as Section 1-124 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes establishing this reporting requirement.

• Effective July 1, 2014, with an emergency declaration to allow immediate implementation upon passage and approval.
