Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 1800.4 to modify membership requirements for the Alarm and Locksmith Industry Committee, which consists of nine members including the Commissioner of Labor and eight appointed members.

Requires seven of eight appointed members to have at least five years of experience in alarm, locksmith, or closely related fields and maintain active employment status in such fields during their term of appointment.

Adds fire sprinkler work as a recognized field and allows appointments from other working fields when qualified candidates are unavailable in a specific field.

Expands removal provisions to allow the Governor to remove members at any time and permits removal of members missing two or more committee meetings in a single year without justifiable cause at the Committee's request.

Becomes effective November 1, 2014.
