Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 396.5a to extend military service provisions to spouses of active duty service members subject to military transfer orders

Allows funeral directors and embalmers to maintain licenses without paying renewal fees while on the military service list, whether on active duty or relocated with military orders

Adds provision allowing veterans with funeral service training and experience from military service to apply military qualifications toward licensure in Oklahoma upon proper application and residency verification

Requires the Oklahoma Funeral Board to promulgate rules implementing these provisions

Effective date: November 1, 2014
